If you need advice by letter or fax then please use the address or fax number of your local bureau that are available on our local bureau page.

When sending an enquiry please make it very clear on the letter or fax that it is a request for advice and if you have been dealing with an adviser previously please give their details.

Please note that we try to respond to any letter or fax enquiries within 10 working days of our receiving it. If your enquiry is urgent or complex then please call into your nearest bureau, details of which can be found on our local bureau page.
